The KT tape was shipped about 7 days after the order and took four days or so for FedEx to deliver. The terms of service are within 30 days so that all good. the tape has stickier glue than tape I have purchased elsewhere which is fine but it may be related to the difficulty in peeling the tape from the non stick in terms of getting that first little piece to pull.
